The GOS MULTICAR conversions are UK Road/Rail conversions of HAKO Multicar FUMO light trucks.
Four wheel drive fitted as standard. Base machine available in either hydrostatic or 5 speed manual transmission. Various tyre options are available to suit different applications, including an extra narrow set for unrestricted use on LUL infrastructure.
Maximum payload: 2.5 tonnes, GVW: Approx 5 tonnes. Towing capability on rail: 25 tonnes.
Air trailer brake capability (park and service brakes), HIAB crane and interchangeable body system and 5 man crew cab available as options.

Rear facing CCTV fitted as standard.
The road/rail conversion may still be operated as an ordinary light truck on highway provided that the correct wheels and tyres are fitted.

GOS Thwaites Dumper Personnel Carrier is an adaptation of an existing road/rail dumper truck. The tip/swivel body is removed and a specialist Personnel Carrier Body (PCB) is fitted. The Personnel Carrier can be used to transport up to 14 persons ( including machine Operator and Assistant) from a possession access point to a possession worksite.
